Thanks to the sport of golf, Condado de Alhama is blessed with an incomparable landscape with plains and elevations, lakes and palm trees creating a mosaic of textures and colours where the properties intermingle with kilometres and kilometres of lush vegetation.
2,500,000m2 of greens and fairways together with 800,000m2 (an area equivalent to 400 football pitches) of green areas distributed throughout the Condado, shape this explosion of nature, and a symphony of tones and notes are playing the same tune: the tune of water as it passes on its numerous journeys
JACK NICKLAUS, THE LEGEND CONTINUES
Golf is without doubt the essence of this project, with completely unique and distinctive courses which will continue to surprise and please the residents. Jack Nicklaus, the most awarded golf player ever, has designed 3 outstanding golf courses for Condado de Alhama: two Bear’s Best (the first in Europe) and a Signature Course.
Each of the Bear’s Best courses, distributed over 160 hectares of green, possesses the best 18 holes in the world. One reunites the most famous Nicklaus ‘desert’ holes, while the other is a collection of parklands, both masterpieces of green design that Nicklaus has reproduced just for us.
But, undoubtedly, the Signature Course is the most ambitious of the 96 hectares of Condado. Set in an area with brusque changes of elevation, it takes advantage of the natural characteristics of the landscape, giving the course singularity and exclusivity.
